On April 11, 2019, by the order (No 85-Ա) of the Minister of Economy of the RA, a working group was set up with the head of Deputy Minister Mr.Tigran Gabrielyan.
The working group was created for addressing various problems involving all stakeholders, to discuss and develop a common concept for project nationwide implementation, as well as to develop business procedures with settling organizational and legal issues and etc.
The main number of members are from RA MoE, CAS SNCO, MoE AIR department, RA FSI, RA MTAI, ANAU, NAV and PABA
Based on need in some meetings are also involved different experts, such as legal and IT consultant, environment, gender, social inclusion and socio-economic specialists.
11 working group meetings have been conducted within the framework of 1.1 Activity.
