Program Team
The project manager is responsible for leading the project team, assignment and delegation of responsibilities, cooperation with the M&E expert, stakeholders and partners, etc.
Project key experts and respective outsourced experts (veterinary, public health and breeding experts, IT, legal, gender, environment, socio-economic consultants and other foreign and local experts) are responsible for the on-the-ground implementation of interventions and activities and for the achievement of the envisaged results.
